| This icon (toggle) allows you
to choose whether you want the cursor to be magnetized or not. Magnetization is sometimes
referred to as “grid snap” or “snap to” in other graphics programs.

· A non-magnetized
cursor will move freely in the scene.
· A magnetized cursor
will be snapped to the gridpoints of a virtual grid which is defined by the tick marks
along the scene axes.
You
can specify the grid interval (step size). See User Manual/ Preferences/Units.
